The production process for a product can sometimes appear simple at first glance, but in reality, it may involve a complex series of procedures. For example, the process of assembling a magnetic battery pack can require as many as 30-40 distinct steps. At our factory, we have developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each portable power bank to ensure that every worker understands and executes the process correctly.
In particular, the assembly of the power bank involves approximately 7 stages to connect the circuit board (PCB) with the polymer battery cells
The most important part is the aging progress for portable power banks charger
- Turn on the aging rack power to begin the aging process. Insert semi-finished pcb into the Type C port for charging and discharging, ensuring uniform direction placement.
- Open the test software and create a new file. Add the old chemical step and set the input voltage to 9V/12V. The upper limit for 9V input voltage is 9.3V, the lower limit is 8.5V. The upper limit for 12V input voltage is 12.3V, the lower limit is 11.5V.
- Set output power to 12V/1.5A. Aging time will vary based on battery capacity, but for a 1032 mobile power, charging should take approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes, and discharging should take about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Once work steps are set, click on the start icon in the main control interface to initiate the aging process. Check all points in the aging frame to ensure they are working correctly. Yellow indicates charging, while red indicates bad charging. Check every half hour to ensure the normal aging operation and identify any bad products. Record problem points and create a report.
After finishing the aging, they will proceed to manufacture semi-finished products with the bottom case
It is important to conduct thorough testing on the semi-finished power banks to ensure that they meet the required standards for discharging, charging, PD, and wireless charging. This testing will help identify any potential issues or defects that may impact the performance or safety of the power banks.
The test is ok, It will go to the next step to finish the product and The worker will test the finished product for input and output and wireless output and check the appearance of the product.
